Inspect Before You Pay
You never have to pay for a product before you have seen and checked it in front of the delivery representative.
Open the package before paying
You may open the package and check its contents in front of the delivery representative before you pay.
Refuse the package if something is wrong
If a product is damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected, you may refuse the package at that point and pay nothing.
The sale is final after payment
After you pay and the delivery representative leaves, the sale is final and the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
